Located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the Garden Building, they have an area of over 40 square meters. The Suite consists of two separate rooms: a living room with sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed, desk and TV and the sleeping area with a king-size double bed, TV and a coffee table with armchair.

What taxes and/or additional costs apply?
The tourist tax is always to be considered excluded from the rates shown and must be paid directly at the hotel. Conditions and exemptions can be found in the regulations published on the official website of the Municipality of Sanremo.
Will my credit card be charged before I arrive at the hotel?
It depends on the rate chosen at the time of booking:

Special Last Minute Offer Non-Refundable: Yes, the full amount is charged immediately at the time of booking. This fee is prepaid and is non-refundable under any circumstances. You can only change the date of your stay up to 7 days before arrival, before the end of the current season.

Flexible Rate with Free Cancellation: No, payment is made directly at the hotel upon arrival. A credit card is required as a guarantee, but no advance charge is made. Cancellation is free until 72 hours before arrival.

Do I need to secure my booking with a credit card?
A credit card may be required to secure your reservation, depending on the rate you choose. If you opt for the Non-Refundable Last Minute Special Offer, payment is made immediately at the time of booking, using a credit card or bank transfer. If instead you choose the Flexible Rate with Free Cancellation, you will need to provide a credit card only as a guarantee, but payment will be made directly at the hotel on arrival. In case of no-show or late cancellation, penalties may apply.
