Emotions, discovery and relaxation: the best of every stay, out of the room

The Hotel has an outdoor children’s playground with swing, slide, spring games, table football, ping pong. It has a children’s corner with changing table, kitchen with microwave oven and bottle warmer. On request, sunbeds with sides, high chairs, bathtubs and a kettle are provided.

The Restaurant offers traditional Ligurian cuisine and Italian cuisine, with an à la carte menu, seafood and land specialities, combined with a selection of labels of Ligurian and Italian wines. Particular attention is paid to anyone with special dietary needs such as people suffering from celiac disease, vegetarians and vegans.

During the months of July and August, the Dalak Poolside Bar offers a lunch service with a Light and Grill Menu.

Where can I find room descriptions

You can find the detailed description of all our rooms in the Rooms section of the main menu of the site. There you will find information on the types, services included, photos and characteristics of each room.

What taxes and/or additional costs apply?

The tourist tax is always to be considered excluded from the rates shown and must be paid directly at the hotel. Conditions and exemptions can be found in the regulations published on the official website of the Municipality of Sanremo.

Will my credit card be charged before I arrive at the hotel?

It depends on the rate chosen at the time of booking:

  • Special Last Minute Offer Non-Refundable: Yes, the full amount is charged immediately at the time of booking. This fee is prepaid and is non-refundable under any circumstances. You can only change the date of your stay up to 7 days before arrival, before the end of the current season.

  • Flexible Rate with Free Cancellation: No, payment is made directly at the hotel upon arrival. A credit card is required as a guarantee, but no advance charge is made. Cancellation is free until 72 hours before arrival.

Do I need to secure my booking with a credit card?

A credit card may be required to secure your reservation, depending on the rate you choose. If you opt for the Non-Refundable Last Minute Special Offer, payment is made immediately at the time of booking, using a credit card or bank transfer. If instead you choose the Flexible Rate with Free Cancellation, you will need to provide a credit card only as a guarantee, but payment will be made directly at the hotel on arrival. In case of no-show or late cancellation, penalties may apply.
